All cyclists have been asked to increase their mileage by 5% per week for the first 4 months to ensure a sound aerobic base.

Rest days should be at least 1 every fortnight. If your body is telling you to rest then rest and have an extra day off - it's up to you. March 1st is The Daffodil Classic!
| May 26th 2007 the team will be fitness tested at Trinity College, Carmarthen. The testing will be supervised by physiology lecturer, Dave Gardner. The session will be filmed by Telesgop T.V. production company for S4C. | |
